What exactly is the BinClip™?
The BinClip™ is a smart latch that prevents raccoons, other animals, and wind from opening your garbage bins. It installs in seconds, with no tools, drilling, or screws.

Is it compatible with all types of bins?
The BinClip™ is designed to fit most roll-out bins with handles used in Quebec. If you have a specific model, contact us with a photo to confirm compatibility.

What is the BinClip™ made of?
The BinClip™ is carefully designed and manufactured in Quebec to withstand extreme local conditions. Each component has been selected to maximize robustness, longevity, and ease of use.



USE:

Is it easy to install?
Yes, installation takes a few seconds and requires no tools, screws, or drilling.

Do I need to remove the BinClip™ on collection day?
No, on collection day, simply unlock the mechanism. The BinClip™ automatically positions itself on the lid, ready to be reclosed after collection, without full disassembly.

Does it really work against raccoons, other animals, and wind?
Yes, that's exactly what it was designed for! It has passed hundreds of tests successfully. BinClip™ resists (almost) everything... with the exception of bears, of course.

Do you offer shipping across Canada?
We ship quickly across the country, from coast to coast. However, for northern regions (e.g., Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories), please contact us to get a personalized shipping rate based on your location.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your address, typically 2 to 5 business days, whether you are in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada.

Do you offer returns?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the BinClip™ product if you are not satisfied. Consult our return policy for details on all our products.
